 Deposit
| Generaly, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due at least 45 days before the tour begins. |
Cancellations
| Cancellations must be submitted at least 45 days in advance of a scheduled
tour. If the trip is cancelled within the permitted time period, 50% payment will be refunded
. Any cancellations submitted 14 to 44 days will receive a 25% refund.
NO REFUNDS ARE GRANTED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO A TOUR. |
Insurance
| Everyone is responsible for his/her own personal travel insurance. Check to see if your insurance applies to
Africa. Nature’s Gift Safaris acts only as an agent of the clients in all matters relating to accommodations,
tours, and transportation, and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage of any kind. The company
is not responsible for theft or loss of baggage. |
Rates
| Prices quoted for safaris include all expenses, including vehicles, driver, meals, and entry fees to parks,
game reserves, conservation areas and camping fees (if applicable). |
Accommodations
| Rates are usually based on two persons sharing a twin room or tent. Where possible, rooms with private
baths are requested. Single accommodations are available. Rates vary depending upon safari route and
category selected. |
